PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATIONS: Eleanor currently serves as the Vice President
of the NH Bar Association, she is a member of the Manchester Bar
Association Executive Committee, she is also a member of the Boston,
Bar association. Eleanor is a member and frequently lectures for the
American Bankruptcy Institute. Eleanor has also been an active
member of the American Bar Association, the Association of Trial
Lawyers of America and the New Hampshire Trial Lawyers Association.
She has previously served as a Governor's Appointee to State of New
Hampshire Child Support Guidelines Legislative Committee.
COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES: Eleanor's Community Activities include serving
on the Board of Optima Health, she is also a Board Member of the
Plus Company, and serves on the Bishop's fund a committee which
raises money for Catholic Charities in New Hampshire. She has
previously served as President of the Manchester Rotary Club of
which she has been a board member since 1992, as a member of the
Manchester, NH Boys & Girls Club and President of a New
Hampshire's Art Council known as Federated Arts Council. She has
also served on the Board of Incorporators of Optima Health since
1995.
LEGAL CONCENTRATION: Eleanor's areas of legal concentration
includes Divorce, Plaintiffs Personal Injury, Bankruptcy Chapters 7,
11 &; 13, Commercial Litigation, Estate Planning, Trusts and
Estates for Individuals, Business law including corporate formations
and sales. Eleanor has litigated cases in both the State and Federal
Courts and handled matters in front of the American Arbitration
Association and Appellate matters in front of the State of New
Hampshire Supreme Court and the First Circuit Court of
Appeals.
